Sumus International is guided by the principles of Ubuntu: “I am because we are”. Ubuntu is a South African philosophy of man, society and enterprises. Humanity is visible in the way we interact with each other. It is the tradition from which Nelson Mandela comes. It is our source of inspiration for the way we work. We need each other for personal growth, exchange knowledge, learn from each other, appeal each other on, so we can develop as a human and business.
